General surgery touches many stages of a patient's life and covers a wide spectrum of conditions. Our core principle is to avoid rushing the diagnostic process and, when surgery is indicated, to **involve the patient fully in the decision** by ensuring they are completely informed beforehand.
In emergency surgical situations, team cohesion and swift decision-making are paramount. For elective procedures, the patient's overall health and preoperative preparation are assessed with care. Postoperative follow-up is, for me, an inseparable part of the treatment.
