Nis Clinic ("the Clinic", "we") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

• User / Visitor: Any natural or legal person who accesses the Site and makes use of its content.
• Content: All text, images, video, graphics, logos, code, forms, blog posts, and other material published on the Site.
• Service: Medical, surgical, and medical-aesthetic services provided by the Clinic, together with related information published on the Site.

This Site is not a medical advice tool.

Exception: Our statutory liability for loss caused by our own wilful misconduct or gross negligence remains unaffected.

Personal data collected through the Site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) Disclosure Notice. By using the Site, you confirm that you have read and understood the provisions set out in those documents.

Appointments requested through the Site are treated as provisional and are confirmed only after our team contacts you by telephone or message.

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
• Separate cancellation and deposit policies may apply to surgical procedure appointments; full details are provided during your consultation.
• In the event of a late cancellation or failure to attend, the Clinic reserves the right to charge a fee as specified in the relevant service agreement.

Nis Clinic reserves the right to restrict or block any user's access to the Site, temporarily or permanently and without prior notice, in the event of a breach or suspected breach of these Terms.

These Terms are interpreted and governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). Any disputes arising from these Terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nicosia Courts.

For users who are citizens and residents of the Republic of Türkiye, the provisions concerning consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under the applicable consumer protection legislation remain reserved.

For international users, the mandatory provisions of local consumer protection legislation remain reserved.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be interpreted in the manner closest to the parties' original intention, or reformulated to comply with applicable law.
