- In the event of a late cancellation or failure to attend, the Clinic reserves the right to charge a fee as specified in the relevant service agreement.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted and governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). Any disputes arising from these Terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nicosia Courts.
For users who are citizens and residents of the Republic of Türkiye, the provisions concerning consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under the applicable consumer protection legislation remain reserved.
For international users, the mandatory provisions of local consumer protection legislation remain reserved.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be interpreted in the manner closest to the parties' original intention, or reformulated to comply with applicable law.
